Nanny Care
Whether you need help right away but just for a few weeks to get settled, or you’re considering long-term nanny care, I’d love to talk with you!
Short-term nanny care might look like getting help 5 or 6 hours per day, 1 to 3 days per week, for 4 weeks. I can look after your baby so that you can rest, or run errands.
Long-term nanny care might consist of 3 or 5 days per week anywhere from 2 months up to two years while you transition back to work, continue to recover from your pregnancy, or wait until your little one is a bit older to begin daycare, or another type of program.
Sleep Support
If you’re exhausted and ready to tackle your baby’s short naps or unpredictable nighttime sleep, I’d love to help!
Step 1: Schedule a free 10 to 15 min Zoom or phone call with me. Reach out and tell me a little about your sleep story.
Step 2: Choose your level of support: from a one-hour Zoom call to two full weeks of daily support or more.
Step 3: I'll send over a link for you to fill out the online Sleep Intake Form. The completed sleep intake form provides valuable insight into the specific sleep challenges being experienced. With this information, I'll develop a customized sleep plan for your baby, and will support you through the process as long as you need.
